Hike:
Discover the mountains of the Berchtesgaden Alps from Thumsee. Hiking trails lead directly from the house into the mountains. You can also enjoy the circular route around Lake Thumsee, the historic brine pipeline path or hike to Listsee, the source of Bad Reichenhall mineral water.

Water:
Swim in the crystal-clear mountain lake, which reaches pleasant bathing temperatures even in summer. Enjoy a relaxing boat trip on Lake Thumsee or go on a fishing trip.

Winter:
In winter, depending on the snow conditions, there is a children’s ski lift and a cross-country ski trail with our own snow groomer available. Enjoy a wonderful snow walk around Lake Thumsee or a fun snowball fight with the whole family.
